Every online platform has its origin story. For MR138, the story began with one simple question: why should Malaysian players settle for platforms that don't understand their local needs? Slow payouts, limited game selection, hard-to-reach customer support – these were the common frustrations Malaysian players faced at the time.
And so, MR138 – built from the ground up with one single goal: to be the online entertainment platform that understands, is trusted by and is easiest to use for Malaysians. Not just a place to play, but a platform genuinely built for you.
If you've tried other online entertainment platforms before and something felt off – withdrawals that took forever, a confusing interface, or customer support that was full of excuses – then you know exactly why MR138 was founded. We were built out of a genuine need from Malaysian players who wanted something better.
Since its establishment in 2018, MR138 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online entertainment platforms. This journey didn't happen overnight — it is the result of a sustained commitment to understanding what Malaysian players truly want, and then building a platform that delivers precisely that.
We started our journey with a focus on three fundamentals: security, speed, and convenience. Security means all transactions and personal data are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption – the same standard used by Malaysia's major banks. Speed means winnings are processed within 5 minutes, not 5 days. Convenience means you can access all games from your mobile browser without downloading any app.
From those three core principles, MR138 has grown consistently. We've expanded our game library with titles from world-class providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, JILI Games, and Habanero. We've broadened our deposit options to cover all popular local payment methods in Malaysia – Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. And we've ensured our customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in Bahasa Melayu.
Today, MR138 offers over 500 game options spanning slots, Live Casino with real dealers, lottery, roulette, popular games, virtual sports and progressive jackpots. Every game on our platform has been through a rigorous evaluation process covering fairness, graphics quality and overall playing experience.
What sets MR138 from most other platforms goes beyond game selection or bonus size – it comes down to how we respect our players. We believe every player, whether brand new or a seasoned veteran, deserves an equally great experience. That is why our minimum deposit is as low as RM10, so everyone can enjoy quality entertainment without the pressure.
Long-term vision MR138 remains the same as on our very first day of operation – to be Malaysia's most trusted, most responsive and most entertaining number one online entertainment platform. Every improvement we make, every new game we add and every new feature we introduce is based on real feedback from Malaysian players like you.
We're proud that over 380,000 registered active members have chosen MR138 as their preferred online entertainment platform. Your trust is our greatest motivation to keep moving forward, keep innovating and keep delivering the best for the Malaysian player community.

What Malaysian players themselves say about their experience with MR138
"Tried a few other platforms before MR138. What made me stick with MR138 is the withdrawal speed – every time I request a withdrawal, it's in my TNG within 5 minutes. Other platforms can take up to 3 days. No stress waiting around. Their support also responds quickly when I have questions, and in BM too."
"I've been a slots player for a long time. MR138 is one of the most complete platforms out there – Pragmatic, PG Soft, they've got everything. The progressive jackpots are the real deal, not just empty numbers. A friend of mine won a major jackpot of over RM180,000 last year. I saw it with my own eyes – the funds hit his bank account within an hour."
"What I love most about MR138 – I can play straight from my phone without downloading anything. Just open Safari and I'm in. Doesn't use much data either. I use GrabPay to deposit and it's incredibly easy. The Live Casino has real human dealers, not bots. It feels more trustworthy and enjoyable. This platform truly understands Malaysian players."
